麻武村特色小镇建设土地利用问题研究

Study on Land Use of Characteristic Town Construction in Mawu Village

从土地规划利用角度,利用适宜性评价法梳理平凉市麻武村发展现状,针对土地规划中存在科学性不足、结构不合理、完全闲置数量多、作物种植种类单一等问题,提出土地规划利用思路和打造特色小镇的策略,为提高平凉地区土地利用效率提供参考和借鉴。

From the perspective of land planning and use,suitability evaluation method is used to comb Mawu village of pingliang city development present situation.In view of the problems in land planning,such as insufficient scientific,unreasonable structure,large number of completely idle crops,and single type of crop planting,this paper puts forward the planning land use and soil to build characteristic town strategy,so as to provide reference for promoting land use efficiency in Pingliang area.
