饲料中水分及营养物质含量对甜菜夜蛾的饲养影响

Effect of Water and Nutrient Content in Feed on the Feeding of Beet Armyworm

采用对比试验法,研究饲料中水分及营养物质含量对甜菜夜蛾的饲养影响。结果表明:在人工饲养甜菜夜蛾的幼虫阶段宜采取的方法为:低龄幼虫用含水500 mL的饲料人工饲养,当转移到指形管中后用含水800 mL的饲料饲养;加入复合维生素可以显著提高单雌产卵量及孵化率,但对雌蛾寿命的影响差异不显著;甜菜夜蛾在成虫阶段要及时补充大量糖分和复合维生素。

The effects of water and nutrient contents in feed on feeding of beet armyworm were studied by contrast experiment.The results showed that the best methods to be adopted in the larval stage of artificial feeding were as follows:Feeding the young larvae with 500 mL water in artificial feeding,and feeding them with 800 mL water when transferred to fingershaped tube;The supplementation of multivitamin could significantly increase the fecundity and hatchability of single female moths,but had no significant effect on the longevity of female moths;The beet armyworm needs to take plenty of sugar and multivitamins in time during its adult stage.
