摘要
榛子适合在辽宁种植,但目前收获机械化程度不高。设计一种新型榛子去皮分拣机,介绍其整体结构、工作原理以及关键部件设计。分拣机具有防止榛子在去皮过程中破裂、提高分拣效率和质量、满足柴油机和电机均能驱动等优点,为榛子收获机械化提供技术支撑。
Hazelnut is suitable for planting in Liaoning,but at present the degree of mechanization of harvest is not high.A new type of hazelnut peeling sorter was designed,and its overall structure,working principle and key components were introduced.It has the advantages of preventing hazelnut from breaking in the process of peeling,improving sorting efficiency and quality,satisfying the drive of diesel engine and motor,etc.,in order to provide technical support for the mechanization of hazelnut harvesting.
