摘要
玉米根茬采样机的挖掘铲结构,直接关系到机具的入土深度及入土阻力大小,影响采样结果。基于掘起物受力分析,设计优化三角形刃挖掘铲的主要参数,使其具有更好的入土、破土和自我清洁效果,以期提高玉米根茬采样机的环境适应性。
The structure of the digging shovel of the corn root stubble sampling machine is directly related to the depth and resistance of the machine,and affects the sampling results.Based on the force analysis of the excavation material,the main parameters of the triangular blade digging shovel were designed and optimized to make it have better ability of digging,breaking and self-cleaning,so as to improve the environmental adaptability of the corn root stubble sampling machine.
