具有定量效果的畜牧养殖投料装置设计

Design of Feeding Device for Animal Husbandry Breeding with Quantitative Effect

针对现有饲料投料装置易出现投料过量而导致饲料溢出或变馊的情况,开发设计一种具有定量效果的畜牧养殖用均匀投料装置。试验结果表明,该装置的应用有助于提高猪的平均日增质量、降低饲料浪费率、提高投料效率,避免了饲料堆积和投料浪费现象,具有结构简单、省时省力、节本增效的特点。

In view of the situation that the existing feed feeding device is prone to overfeeding and lead to feed overflow or sour,a uniform feeding device for animal husbandry with quantitative effect was developed and designed.The experimental results show that the application of the device is helpful to improve the average daily increase quality of pigs,reduce feed waste rate,improve the feeding efficiency,avoid the phenomenon of feed accumulation and feeding waste,and has the characteristics of simple structure,time-saving and labor-saving,cost-saving and efficiency increasing.
