Causes and Control Strategies of Agricultural Non-Point Source Pollution

农业面源污染已成为生态环境保护和农业可持续发展的焦点。阐述农业面源污染的成因及危害,针对防治主体多元性与生产主体追求目标存在明显差异、防治政策与生产主体利益存在矛盾、地域差异与防治技术滞后等难题,提出健全工作机制、加大资金投入、加强多方合作、强化宣传培训等解决措施。

Agricultural non-point source pollution has become the focus of ecological environment protection and agricultural sustainable development.This paper expounds the causes and harm of agricultural non-point source pollution.In view of the problems such as the obvious differences between the diversity of the prevention and control subject and the pursuit of the production subject,the contradiction between the prevention and control policy and the interests of the production subject,the regional differences and the backward prevention and control technology,we proposed countermeasures such as improving the working mechanism,increasing capital investment,strengthening multi-party cooperation,and strengthening publicity and training.
