课程思政作为新时代高校立德树人的新方向新模式,亟待融入食品专业硕士研究生培养。针对食品专业硕士研究生课程的内容特点,从厚植爱国主义精神、弘扬“工匠精神”和树立社会责任感的角度,积极挖掘课程内容中的思政元素,将案例教学与课程思政深度融合,实现教书育人的目的。

As a new direction and new mode of moral cultivation in colleges and universities in the new era,curriculum ideological and political education urgently needs to be carried out in food specialty postgraduate education.According to the food specialty postgraduate courses and content characteristics,the ideological and political elements in the curriculum content were actively excavated from the perspective of strengthening patriotism,promoting"craftsman spirit"and setting up social responsibility,and the case teaching was deeply integrated with curriculum ideological and political education,so as to realize the purpose of teaching and educating people.
