摘要 加强食用菌人才队伍体系建设,是推动食用菌产业化、标准化生产的关键。针对辽宁省食用菌人才体系建设存在的专业技术人员短缺、生产者日趋老龄化、新型农业经营主体组织带动力不强3个问题,提出以培训提升从业人员素质、多举措吸引和留住人才、建立完善利益联动机制、完善行业发展服务体系4项对策。 Strengthening the construction of edible fungus talent team system is the key to promote the industrialization and standardized production of edible fungus.In view of the three problems existing in the construction of the edible fungus talent system in Liaoning Province,such as the shortage of professional and technical personnel,the aging of the producers and the weak driving force of the new agricultural operation bodies,this paper puts forward four countermeasures:improving the quality of employees through training,attracting and retaining talents through multiple measures,establishing and perfecting the linkage mechanism of interests,and improve the indnstry derelopment service system.
