少先队员光荣感的强化:问题检视、原因分析与实践对策 被引量:3

Strengthening the Sense of Honor of the Young Pioneers:Problem Inspection,Cause Analysis and Practical Countermeasures

摘要 少先队员光荣感不够强烈是当前少先队工作面临的突出问题,主要表现为:特定场合下自豪感高但日常归属感不强烈;光荣感认知基础薄弱;责任感弱化、参与热情降温,等等。研究发现入队方式、入队时间、队员角色及环境因素对强化少先队员光荣感具有重要影响,少先队工作自身发展中存在的问题及不良教育环境对少先队员光荣感也会形成一定程度的制约。新时代增强少先队员光荣感,应着力于做好强化队前教育、拓宽光荣感教育内涵、创新实践活动载体、挖掘少先队精神内涵、营造少先队文化氛围、强化少先队社会认可度等方面的工作。
