摘要
高比例可再生能源接入含电-气-热负荷的综合能源系统后增加了系统运行的复杂性,影响了系统的经济效益。因此,首先分析了系统源荷设备的耦合特性与市场机制下的新能源消纳模式,引入电力市场竞价机制与调峰两部制电价,以年净收益最大和运营收益最大为目标,构建计及新能源消纳成本的多源荷双层协同优化配置模型,算例结果验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性,可通过所提模型优化配置系统各类设备,提高了系统运营收益与可再生能源发电占比。
The integration of a high proportion of renewable energy into an integrated energy system containing electricity,gas and heat loads increases the complexity of system operation and affects the economic efficiency of the system.Therefore,this paper firstly analyses the coupling characteristics of the system source-load equipment and the new energy consumption pattern under the market mechanism,introduces the electricity market bidding mechanism and the two-part tariff for peak load regulation,and constructs a multi-source-load two-layer collaborative optimal allocation model that takes into account the new energy consumption cost with the objective of maximising the annual net revenue and the operational revenue.The results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method,which can be used to optimise the allocation of various types of equipment in the system and improve the system operating revenue and the share of renewable energy generation.
