冰蓄冷空调群参与风光本地消纳的微网随机经济调度策略 被引量:4

Microgrid Stochastic Economic Scheduling Strategy of Ice Storage Air Conditioning Group Participating in Local Consumption of Wind Power and Photovoltaics

摘要 可再生能源在未来新型电力系统中渗透率日益提高,分布式风、光电量输入主网、并网消纳会导致过剩功率在馈线中形成逆向潮流,增加配电网线损。为减少电量传输损失,促进新能源本地消纳,本文以大量冰蓄冷空调集群为载体,构建了冰蓄冷空调集群参与微网经济调度框架,分析了冰蓄冷空调蓄冷、释冷过程的调控优势及其参与调度的流程;其次,基于场景法对微网分布式风、光出力不确定性进行建模,考虑了不确定性影响下微网调度成本、线损成本及条件风险成本,构建了总成本期望值最小的优化调度模型及系统内各设备调节容量、成本约束集,并根据拉格朗日乘子法验证模型最优解唯一性。算例仿真表明,提出的随机调度策略能够促进微网运行经济性并应对不确定性风险,且冰蓄冷空调集群促进风光本地消纳,减少功率逆送造成的网损,相比于普通空调及锂电池更具经济性。 The penetration rate of renewable energy in the future new power system is increasing day by day.Distributed wind and photovoltaic energy input to the main grid will cause excess power to form a reverse flow in the feeder and increase the line loss of the distribution network.In order to reduce the loss of power transmission and promote the local consumption of new energy,this paper uses a large number of ice storage air conditioning clusters as the carrier to construct a framework for ice storage air conditioning clusters to participate in the microgrid economic dispatching,and analyzes the control advantages and the dispatching process of the ice storage air conditioning during cold storage and release process.Secondly,the uncertainty of microgrid distributed wind and photovoltaic output is modeled based on the scenario method.Considering the microgrid scheduling cost,line loss cost and conditional risk cost under the influence of uncertainty,the optimal scheduling model with the minimum total expected cost and the adjustment capacity and cost constraint set of each equipment in the system are constructed,and the uniqueness of the optimal solution of the model is verified according to the Lagrange multiplier method.The example simulation shows that the stochastic scheduling strategy in this paper can promote the economy of microgrid operation and deal with the risk of uncertainty.The ice storage air conditioning cluster can promote the local consumption of scenery and reduce the network loss caused by power reverse transmission,which is more economical than ordinary air conditioning and lithium battery.
