一种组合分散式新型直流测试装置的研制及应用

摘要 针对目前高压直流保护系统缺乏调试手段的现状,提出了针对直流保护系统单装置测试和分布式系统测试的方法,并设计了一种组合/分散式新型直流测试装置用于实现上述两种测试方法。该直流测试装置包含管理模块、功放模块、开入开出模块、光纤以太网模块、光纤FT3模块、电源模块等;每个模块包含对内总线接口、通用电源接口、对外光纤接口,通过对内总线接口和通用电源接口各模块组合在一个机箱内共同构成一个组合式测试装置,通过对外光纤接口和通用电源接口又构成了分散式测试装置。组合式测试装置方便携带,便于收纳管理,主要针对直流保护单装置功能和性能测试,分散式测试装置则主要针对现场分布式系统测试场景,这种灵活组合方式不仅降低测试装置成本和体积,而且接口丰富,使用灵活,工程实践表明,该装置完全满足特高压直流保护系统现场检修和运维的需求。 In view of the current lack of debugging means for HVDC protection system,this paper proposes a single device function test method and a distributed system test method for HVDC protection system,and designs a combined/distributed new HVDC test device to realize the above two test methods.The HVDC test device includes management module,power amplifier module,switch input/output module and optical fiber ethernet module,fiber FT3 module,power module,etc.;every/each module includes internal bus interface,general power interface,external fiber interface,through the internal bus interface and general power interface,each module is combined in a chassis to form a combined test device,through the external fiber interface and general power interface to form a distributed test device.Combined test device is easy to carry,easy to store and manage,mainly for the function and performance test of single HVDC protection device,while distributed test device is mainly for the field distributed system test scenario.This flexible combination method not only reduces the cost and volume of test device,but also has rich interfaces and flexible use.Engineering practice shows that the device fully meets the requirements of HVDC protection Requirements of on-site maintenance and operation of maintenance system.
