类风湿关节炎病人自我护理行为量表的汉化与信效度检验

Chinese version of Self-Care Behaviors Scale among Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and its reliability and validity test

目的:对类风湿关节炎病人自我护理行为量表(RA-SCBS)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:对RA-SCBS进行翻译及回译、跨文化调试,形成中文版RA-SCBS,并对四川省某三级甲等医院风湿免疫科住院的234例类风湿关节炎病人进行问卷调查以评价量表信效度。结果:中文版RA-SCBS包括22个条目,其条目内容效度指数均为1,量表水平的内容效度指数为1,探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为59.984%。中文版RA-SCBS得分与慢性病自我管理量表的自我管理子量表得分间的Pearson相关系数为0.693,其Cronbach’sα系数为0.902,重测信度为0.836,折半信度为0.846。结论:中文版RA-SCBS信效度良好,可作为评估我国类风湿关节炎病人自我管理行为水平的工具。

Objective:To Self-Care Behaviors Scale Among Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA-SCBS)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:RA-SCBS was translated,retranslated and culturally debugged,and Chinese version of RA-SCBS was formed.Questionnaire survey was conducted among 234 patients with rheumatoid arthritis hospitalized in department of rheumatology and immunology of a tertiary grade A hospitals in Sichuan province to evaluate reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of RA-SCBS included 22 items.The item-level CVI all were 1,and the scale-level CVI was 1.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 59.984%.The Pearson correlation coefficient between score of RA-SCBS and Chronic Disease Self-Management Study Measures was 0.693.The coefficient of Cronbach’sαof Chinese version of RA-SCBS was 0.902,the retest reliability was 0.836,and the half reliability was 0.846.Conclusions:Chinese version of RA-SCBS has good reliability and validity.And it can be used as tool to evaluate self-management behavior of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in China.
