Nursing care of a child with mucopolysaccharidoses complicated with malignant glaucoma after anti glaucoma surgery

摘要 总结1例黏多糖贮积症患儿抗青光眼手术后并发恶性青光眼的护理经验,护理要点包括早期观察恶性青光眼的病情变化,准确监测病人眼压,做好静脉酶替代疗法和激素球旁注射的护理和心理护理等。经过针对性护理,患儿眼压控制良好,视力逐渐恢复,恶性青光眼解除,病情好转出院。
