学龄前儿童屏幕暴露相关研究进展

Research progress on screen exposure of preschool children

随着社会经济和科技水平的发展,电子屏幕设备对学龄前儿童的影响日益增加,大多数学龄前儿童都存在屏幕暴露过度的现象,而学龄前期过度的屏幕暴露会导致儿童出现多种健康危害。近年来,学龄前儿童屏幕暴露问题已引起社会各界的广泛关注,世界各国为预防学龄前儿童屏幕暴露过度,均推出了关于视屏时间的建议标准。许多学者致力于研究学龄前儿童视屏时间过度的原因,并且对学龄前儿童视屏时间过度而导致的不良健康影响产生兴趣。本文综述了国内外学龄前儿童屏幕暴露的相关研究,以了解目前该领域的研究进展以及未来的研究方向。

With the development of social economy and science and technology,the influence of electronic screen equipment on preschool children is increasing,and most preschool children have the situation of excessive screen exposure,and excessive screen exposure in preschool children could lead to a variety of health hazards for children.In recent years,research on screen exposure of preschool children has attracted widespread attention.To prevent excessive screen exposure of preschool children,countries around the world have introduced recommended standards for screen time.Many scholars have devoted their efforts to studying the causes of excessive screen time in preschool children and are interested in the adverse health effects of excessive screen time in preschool children.This article reviews the relevant research on screen exposure of preschool children from domestic and foreign,expounds the current research progress in this field and discusses future research directions.
