摘要
目的分析2017—2021年淮北市手足口病流行病学特征,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法从“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”获取淮北市2017—2021年度手足口病相关资料,采用描述性研究方法分析手足口病流性特征。结果2017—2021年共报告淮北市手足口病病例10054例,无死亡病例,年平均报告发病率为102.07/10万。季节分布集中在3—7月,占报告总数的61.5%(6184/10054)。男女性别比为1.50:1。年龄分布主要在0~5岁,占病例总数的94.69%。发病人群主要为散居儿童,占报告总数的70.56%;其次为幼托儿童(25.22%)。实验室确诊病例619例,以其他肠道病毒为主(占75.12%),柯萨奇A组16型病毒(CV-A16)为次(占20.36%)。结论0~5岁儿童是手足口发病的重点人群,应加强散居儿童卫生管理和托幼机构、学校等重点场所手足口病的预防控制。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Huaibei City from 2017to 2021,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures.Methods The relevant data of hand-foot-mouth disease in Huaibei City from 2017 to 2021 were obtained from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information system.Descriptive study was used to analyze the characteristics of hand-foot-mouth.Results From 2017 to 2021,A total of 10054 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease in Huaibei City were reported,with no death cases.The average annual incidence rate was 102.07/100000.The seasonal distribution was concentrated in March to July,accounting for 61.5%of the total number of reports(6184/10054).The ratio of male to female was 1.50:1.The age distribution was mainly 0~5 years old,accounting for 94.69%of the total cases.The incidence population was mainly scattered children,accounting for 70.56%,followed by preschool children(25.22%).There were 619 laboratory-confirmed cases,with other enteroviruses predominating(75.12%)and Coxsackie A group 16 virus(CV-A16)being secondary(20.36%).Conclusion Children aged 0~5 are the key population of hand-foot-mouth disease.Health management of scattered children and prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease in key places such as kindergartens and schools should be strengthened.
