多个铆钉连接时钉载分配的有限元方法研究

摘要 铆钉的建模方法是多钉连接钉载分配有限元分析结果准确与否的关键和根本。为准确反映连接部位钉孔的受力情况,提出了梁元和MPC单元相结合的方法来模拟多个铆钉连接问题。在ANSYS有限元分析软件平台中,分别利用梁元、梁元和MPC单元相结合的方法建立搭接单剪拉伸试件的有限元模型,对比分析了这2种方法在不同铆钉个数下的钉载分配计算结果,得出了梁元和MPC单元相结合模拟铆钉比仅梁元更准确有效的结论,同时该方法还可以直观地观察到连接部位铆钉孔边的挤压应力值及分布规律。这些结论为钉载分配、铆钉连接强度计算及铆接修理方案优化设计的进一步研究提供了理论参考。 The modeling method of rivets was the key and fundamental to the accuracy of the finite element analysis results of the pin load distribution for multi-rivet connection.In order to reflect the force situation of rivet holes and the surroundings on the connection accurately,it was proposed that the combination method of beam element and MPC element to simulate the multi-rivet connection problem.In the finite element software platform of ANSYS,we respectively used the methods of beam element,and the combination of beam element and MPC element to establish the finite element model of the single shear lap joints,and compared and analyzed the calculation results of pin load distribution for the two equivalent rivet connection methods under the condition of different rivet numbers,it was obtained that the results that the combination method of beam element and MPC element was more accurate and effective than that of the beam element.At the same time,the numerical values and distribution of the extrusion stress around the rivet hole could be observed directly by the method.The results provided the reference for further research on the pin load distribution,the rivet connection strength and the optimal design of the rivet repair project.
