摘要
目的探讨艾灸神阙穴对慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)大鼠运动能力的影响。方法SD大鼠48只随机分为空白对照组、模型组、艾灸组及阳性对照组,每组12只。采用悬吊游泳法制备CFS大鼠模型。艾灸组选取神阙穴施艾条灸,每日1次,连续治疗15次。阳性对照组予人参皂甙水溶液灌胃。记录大鼠力竭游泳时间,检测大鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸(BLA)含量。结果与空白对照组相比,模型组大鼠力竭游泳时间缩短(P<0.05),艾灸组力竭游泳时间比模型组及阳性对照组长(P<0.05);模型组大鼠血清BUN、BLA水平升高(P<0.05),艾灸组血清BUN、BLA水平低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸可延长大鼠力竭游泳时间,改善CFS大鼠运动能力,其作用可能与艾灸能抗氧化损伤、改善机体内环境有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion at Shenque point on the exercise capacity of rats with chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, moxibustion group and positive control group with 12 rats in each group. The hanging-swimming method was employed to prepare the CFS model rats. Rats in moxibustion group were given moxibustion at Shenque point once a day for 15 times consecutively;rats in positive control group were given intragastric administration of ginsenoside aqueous solution. The rats’ exhaustive swimming time was recorded, and the contents of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and blood lactic acid(BLA) were detected. Results Compared with the blank control group, the exhaustive swimming time of the rats in model group was shortened(P<0.05);the exhaustive swimming time of the rats in moxibustion group was longer than those in both model group and positive control group(P<0.05). The levels of BUN and BLA in model group were increased(P<0.05), and the levels of BUN and BLA in moxibustion group were lower than that in model group(P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion can prolong the exhaustive swimming time of rats and improve the exercise capacity of CFS rats, which may be related to its functions in anti-oxidation damage and improvement of organismic internal environment.
