可生物降解聚酯/聚醚型水性聚氨酯环保涂料的合成与表征 被引量:1

摘要 以四种不同类型的二元醇作为软段成分,采用预聚体法制备了四种水性聚氨酯(WPU)涂料,分别为聚酯型聚己内酯二醇(PCL)、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA),聚醚型的聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)以及聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)。对以上四种WPU涂膜的表面性能、热性能、热失重性能、拉伸性能及生物降解性能进行测试分析,发现聚醚型PTMG-WPU膜的水解性能最差,热稳定性最高。聚酯型PCL-WPU膜的水解性能最佳,水接触角最小,热稳定性较低,但拉伸性能最高。PCL-WPU膜在相同条件下具有最好的可生化性且降解效果最为明显。在0.6%脂肪酶PBS缓冲液和土壤中降解30 d后,其最高降解率分别为41.7%和32.0%。 Four types of glycol as the composition of soft segment,through the pre polymers prepared by four kinds of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)coating,including four glycol polyester type poly caprolactone diol(PCLS),poly adipic acid-1,4-butanediol ester(PBA)and type polyether diol polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTMG)and polycarbonate(PCDL).The surface properties,thermal properties,thermal weight loss properties,tensile properties and biodegradation properties of the above four WPU coating films were tested and analyzed.And it was concluded that polyether PTMG-WPU film had the worst hydrolysis performance and the highest thermal stability.Polyester PCL-WPU membrane has the best hydrolysis performance,the lowest water contact angle,low thermal stability,but the highest tensile properties.Under the same conditions,PCL-WPU membrane has the best biodegradability and the most obvious degradation effect.After 30 days of degradation in 0.6%lipase PBS buffer and soil,the highest degradation rates were 41.7%and 32.0%,respectively.
