水溶性超支化聚酯改性聚乙烯醇渗透汽化膜制备及其正丁醇脱水性能

摘要 亲水性对渗透汽化膜的透水性能起着重要作用。制备一种新型的聚乙烯醇/水溶性超支化聚酯(PVA/WHPE)渗透汽化膜。首先采用顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)对超支化聚酯的端基进行改性,合成水溶性超支化聚酯WHPE,然后WHPE与PVA交联制备聚乙烯醇/水溶性超支化聚酯(PVA/WHPE)渗透汽化膜。采用SEM、水接触角表征了聚酯含量对材料形貌和性能的影响。与PVA渗透汽化膜相比,PVA/WHPE膜具有更优异的分离性能。当WHPE含量为10%时,膜在60℃下分离10 wt.%水/正丁醇体系时,PSI值最高达2.31×10^(5)。 Hydrophilicity plays an important role in the permeability of pervaporation membrane.A novel poly(vinyl alcohol)/water-soluble hyperbranched polyester(PVA/WHPE)pervaporation membrane was prepared.First,water-soluble hyperbranched polyester was synthesized through modified the terminal group of hyperbranched polyester by maleic anhydride(MA),then,the polyester was crosslinked with PVA to prepare PVA/WHPE pervaporation membrane.The effect of polyester content on the morphology and properties were characterized by SEM and water contact angle.For pervaporation performance,compared with PVA pervaporation membrane,PVA/WHPE membrane had more excellent separation behavior.When the content of WHPE was 10%,the membrane had the highest PSI value of 2.31×10^(5) for separating 10%water/n-butanol system at 60℃.
