锂离子电池固态陶瓷电解质LLCO的制备与研究

摘要 固态电池因为较高的安全性、能量密度和较长的循环寿命而备受关注。固态电池的核心是固体电解质,亟需研发新型高效的固态电解质。文中采用固相烧结法,合成了一种新型可用于锂离子电池的固态陶瓷电解质材料La_(24)Ce_(12)Li_(26)O_(73.35),其结构区别于常规无机固态电解质,是一种具有Li^(+)迁移能力的新型材料。通过TG,XRD,SEM和电化学测试表征了材料的物理化学性能和电化学性能。确定了固态电解质的最佳制备工艺条件,优化的固态电解质致密度可达80%,室温下离子电导率为7.76×10^(-10)S·cm^(-1)。 Solid-state batteries have been noted for their safety,energy density,and long cycle life.The core of solid-state battery is solid electrolyte.A new type of ceramic electrolyte material LLCO(La_(24)Ce_(12)Li_(26)O_(73.35))was synthesized by solid-phase sintering method,which has not been applied in lithium ion solid battery.It is a type of new material which had good Li^(+)migration ability.The physical and chemical properties and electrochemical properties of materials was characterized by TG,XRD,SEM and electrochemical workstation.The optimum preparation conditions of solid electrolyte were determined.The density of optimized solid electrolyte is 80%,and the ionic conductivity of optimized solid electrolyte is 7.76×10^(-10)S·cm^(-1) at room temperature.This work lays a theoretical foundation for the research and development of new solid ceramic electrolytes for lithium ion batteries.
