纳米改性碳纤维复合材料及其力学性能

Study on nano-modified carbon fiber composite and its mechanical properties

摘要 为了改良碳纤维复合材料的层面联结强度,提高复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度,实验采用纳米级核壳粉末Clearstrength XT100作为增韧剂,按照不同配比质量分数(0%、1.5%、3.0%、4.5%、6.0%)配比环氧树脂胶液,采用真空辅助成型工艺并参照实验标准测试碳纤维复合材料试样的拉伸、弯曲等性能,分析Clearstrength XT100纳米改性对增强体/基体结合强度的影响,并以此为目标优化纳米改性工艺。实验结果表明:Clearstrength XT100纳米改性碳纤维复合材料的最优质量分数为2.86%,改性后碳纤维复合材料的拉伸应力提升了18.6%,弯曲应力提升了61.9%。丰富了复合材料纳米改性的相关研究,为后续研究异形曲面结构碳纤维复合材料提供了参考依据。 In order to improve the layer bonding strength of carbon fiber composites and improve the tensile and flexural strength of composites,nano core-shell powder Clearstrength XT100 was used as toughening agent,and the epoxy resin solution was mixed according to different mass ratios(0%,1.5%,3.0%,4.5%,6.0%).the tensile and bending indexes of the carbon fiber composite sample were tested by using the vacuum assisted molding process according to the standard experiment.The effect of Clearstrength XT100 nano-modification on the bonding strength of the reinforcement/matrix was analyzed.Finally,the nano-modification process was optimized.The experimental results show that the optimal mass fraction of Clearstrength XT100 nano-modified carbon fiber composite is 2.86%,and the tensile stress and bending stress of the modified carbon fiber composite are increased by 18.6%and 61.9%,respectively.The related research on nano-modification of composite materials is enriched,which provides a reference for the follow-up study of carbon fiber composites with special-shaped curved surface structure.
