摘要 针对职业人群长时间保持不良坐姿会严重危害身体健康的问题,设计了基于智能服装的量化工作时长解决系统。该系统主要由姿态监测模块和报警提示模块构成。姿态监测模块首先通过传感器对用户当前的动作进行判断,然后计时单元件对用户静坐时长进行计时工作,同时监测坐姿状态时脊柱曲度的变化。报警提示模块根据监测的时长数据和角度数据进行分析与计算,对于超出预设阈值的结果进行声音或是振动提示。结果表明:智能矫姿服装系统对于久坐行为的计时提醒和脊柱曲度变化的监测,能帮助职业人群实现坐姿的矫正,有效缓解长时间的不良坐姿对身体产生的负面影响。 Aiming at the problem that occupational people keep bad sitting posture for a long time can seriously endanger their health,a system to quantify the sitting posture during working hours based on intelligent clothing was proposed.The system mainly consists of posture monitoring module and alarm prompt module.first,the user′s current action was judged through sensors in the posture monitoring module,and then the sitting time of the user was calculated by timing unit,and the change of spinal curvature in sitting posture was also monitored.The monitored duration data and angle data was analyzed and calculated by the alarm prompting module,and audible alerts or vibration alerts were provided for results that exceed a preset threshold.The results show that the intelligent orthopedic clothing system can remind the timing of sedentary behavior and monitor the change of spine curvature,which can help the occupational population to realize the correction of sitting posture,and effectively alleviate the negative impact of long-term bad sitting posture on the body.
