废旧纺织品基活性炭制备及其应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 我国废旧纺织品产生量较大,回收利用率较低,如何再利用是社会关注的焦点。文章介绍了废旧纺织品原材料的分类,详细阐述了原材料、活化剂、炭化活化温度、炭化活化时间对废旧纺织品制备活性炭的影响;简述了废旧纺织品基活性炭在水处理及储能方面的应用;提出废旧纺织品在水处理中存在的轻飘问题可将活性炭进行磁化予以解决,并展望了废旧纺织品的发展方向,即其在混合原材料、环保型活化剂、低温炭化活化、短时间制备上还有待进一步研究。 The amount of waste textiles is large,but the domestic recycling rate is low.How to reuse the waste textiles is the focus of social attention.In this paper,the classification of waste textile raw materials was introduced,the effects of raw materials,activators,carbonization activation temperature and time on the preparation of waste textile based activated carbon were described in detail.The application of waste textile based activated carbon in water treatment and energy storage was briefly described.It is suggested that activated carbon can be magnetized to solve the lightening problem of waste textiles in water treatment,and the development direction of waste textiles is prospected.It is considered that further research is needed in mixing raw materials,environmental protection activator,reducing carbonization activation temperature and time.
