摘要
目前国内广泛使用的高炉开铁口钻具仍沿用液压凿岩机用凿岩钻具。液压凿岩机用钻具在矿山作业时处于常温且用水直接冷却、排渣。高炉钻具在高温环境下使用,故液压凿岩机用钻具不能适应高炉出铁口作业时的高温环境。依据我国高炉开铁口钻具需求,根据现场试验情况,本文对开铁口钻具(钻头、钻杆、连接套、钻尾)的外观及结构形式、加工工艺等进行了优化设计。
At present, the widely used drilling tools for tapping holesinthe blast furnace in China are still rock drilling tools for hydraulic drills in mines, which are used in normal temperature operation and are directly cooled with water and discharged with slag. However, the drilling tools for the blast furnace are used in high temperature environment, therefore, the drilling tools for hydraulic rock drill can ’t meet the requirements of high temperature and strong impact in tapping operation for the blast furnace. Based on the analysis of the requirement of drill tools for tapping hole,the paper optimizes the design of the appearance, structure and processing technology of the taphole drill(bit, drill pipe, connecting sleeve and drilling tail),which is more suitable for the field operation requirements.
