摘要 煤矿井下无轨辅助运输胶轮车的使用越来越频繁,但是无轨胶轮车轮胎重量较大,现有条件下调整轮胎方向和角度非常费力,且吊带沿轮胎周长捆绑运输,安全隐患较大。本项目研究对于降低车间工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,保障生产安全具有重要的意义。 The use of trackless auxiliary transportation rubber-tired vehicles in coal mines is becoming more and more frequent, but the tires of trackless rubber-tired vehicles are heavy. Under the existing conditions, it is very laborious to adjust the direction and angle of the tires, and the slings are bundled along the circumference of the tires for transportation, which poses a great safety hazard. Through the research of this project, it is of great significance to reduce the labor intensity of workers in the workshop, improve the production efficiency, and ensure the safety of production.
