大数据时代,万物数化,万事留痕,数据作为一种信息资源,存在于社会生活各个领域,全方位影响着整个社会各行各业的发展。公安机关作为主管社会治安的行政职能部门,必须与时俱进,紧跟时代步伐,顺应大数据时代的发展需求,利用数据资源及平台,从转变公安工作服务意识理念、推行数字化的主动警务、构建立体化的社会治安管控网络、完善大数据公安指挥情报体系等方面创新公安管理模式,形成集社会治安防控、服务经济社会为一体的社会治安管理新模式,更好地践行习近平总书记对公安队伍提出的对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明的总要求。

In the era of big data,everything is digitized and traceable.As a kind of information resource,data exists in every field of social life and influences the development of all walks of life in an all-round way.As administrative departments in charge of social security,public security organs must keep pace with the times,comply with the development requirements of the big data era,and rely on data resources and platforms to innovate the public security management mode through transforming the police officers’service consciousness in public security work,implementing big-data-based active policing,constructing three-dimensional social security control network,improving the big-data-based public security command intelligence system.Only in this way can a new social security management mode that integrates social security prevention and control with the service for the economy and society be formed,and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s requirements for the public security forces,namely being loyal to the Party,serving the people,enforcing the law fairly and being strictly disciplined can be implemented.
