摘要
面对基层警力不足的问题,如何向现有群体开发警力,如何更大程度地调动民警的积极性,提高工作效率,是值得深思的问题。利用激励理论进行警察激励的运用方向,如用ERG理论分析警察需求划分、利用双因素理论进行警察需求分析、利用期望理论进行警察受激励程度的分析,从而提出警察激励体系的构建设想。加强政治建警,树立坚定的人民警察理想和信念,建立多种需要因素实时分析系统,有针对性地对民警实施激励措施,建立职业化培训机制。
In the face of inadequate police strength at grassroots level,how to develop the strength of in-service police officers,mobilize their initiative to a greater extent and improve their work efficiency is an issue worthy of careful pondering.This study points out the direction for using incentive theory to mobilize police officers’initiative,such as applying the ERG theory to analysis of police officers’demand types,the two-factor theory to studying police officers’needs,and the expectation theory to analyzing the degree to which the police officers are motivated,and then puts forward following ideas for the construction of police incentive system:to foster the firm ideal and belief of the people’s police through strengthening political construction,to establish a real-time analysis system of various need factors,to specifically carry out incentive measures for police officers and establish a professional training mechanism.
