保胎灵胶囊联合黄体酮胶囊治疗黄体功能不全复发性流产患者的效果

Effects of Baotailing capsules combined with Progesterone capsules in treatment of patients with luteal phase defect and recurrent abortion

目的:观察保胎灵胶囊联合黄体酮胶囊治疗黄体功能不全复发性流产患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年10月该院收治的80例黄体功能不全复发性流产患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用保胎灵胶囊治疗,比较两组保胎成功率、治疗前后性激素指标[促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、黄体酮(P)]水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组保胎成功率为90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FSH、LH、P水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保胎灵胶囊联合黄体酮胶囊治疗黄体功能不全复发性流产患者可提高保胎成功率和性激素指标水平,效果优于单纯黄体酮胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Baotailing capsules combined with Progesterone capsules in treatment of patients with luteal phase defect and recurrent abortion.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with recurrent abortion and luteal phase defect admitted to this hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone capsules,while the observation group was treated with Baotailing capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The success rate of fetal protection,the levels of sex hormone indicators [folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and progesterone(P)] before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of fetal protection in the observation group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than the control group of 70.00%(28/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and P in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:Baotailing capsules combined with Progesterone capsules in the treatment of the patients with recurrent miscarriage of luteal phase defect can improve the success rate of fetal protection and the levels of sex hormone indicators.Moreover,it is superior to single Progesterone capsules.
