腹部按摩联合口腔运动在早产儿经口喂养中的应用效果

Application effects of abdominal massage combined with oral movement in oral feeding of premature infants

目的:观察腹部按摩联合口腔运动在早产儿经口喂养中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年1月该院收治的84例早产儿的临床资料,根据护理方法不同分为对照组41例与研究组43例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上行腹部按摩联合口腔运动。护理后,比较两组喂养进展指标水平、喂养表现、喂养耐受率及并发症发生率。结果:护理后,研究组管饲时间、喂养过渡时间和完全经口喂养时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组喂养效率、喂养成效和摄入奶量比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为13.95%(6/43),低于对照组的34.15%(14/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组喂养耐受率为90.70%(39/43),高于对照组的73.17%(30/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部按摩联合口腔运动应用于早产儿经口喂养,可缩短管饲时间、喂养过渡时间和完全经口喂养时间,提高喂养效率和喂养耐受率,降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of abdominal massage combined with oral movement in oral feeding of premature infants.Methods:The clinical data of 84 premature infants admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group(41 cases) and study group(43 cases) according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received abdominal massage combined with oral movement on the basis of that of the control group.After the nursing,the levels of feeding progress indicators,the feeding performance,the feeding tolerance rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the tube feeding time,the feeding transition time and the complete oral feeding time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The feeding efficiency,the feeding effectiveness and the milk intake ratio of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 13.95%(6/43),which was lower than 34.15%(14/41) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the feeding tolerance rate in the study group was 90.70%(39/43),which was higher than the control group of 73.17%(30/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Abdominal massage combined with oral movement in oral feeding of the premature infants can shorten the tube feeding time,the feeding transition time and the complete oral feeding time,improve the feeding efficiency and the feeding tolerance rate,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
