依诺肝素钠联合硫酸镁治疗早发型重度子痫前期患者的效果 被引量:2

Effects of Enoxaparin sodium combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of patients with early onset severe preeclampsia

摘要 目的:观察依诺肝素钠联合硫酸镁治疗早发型重度子痫前期患者的效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2020年6月该院收治的80例早发型重度子痫前期患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。两组均行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依诺肝素钠治疗。比较两组患者24 h尿蛋白水平、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、新生儿Apgar评分和不良分娩结局发生率。结果:治疗后,两组24 h尿蛋白水平和收缩压、舒张压均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿出生1 min、5 min Apgar评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良分娩结局发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依诺肝素钠联合硫酸镁治疗早发型重度子痫前期疗效较好,可降低患者血压、24 h尿蛋白水平,优化分娩结局,同时提高新生儿Apgar评分。 Objective:To observe effects of Enoxaparin sodium combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of patients with early onset severe preeclampsia.Methods:A prospective study was performed 80 patients with early onset severe preeclampsia admitted to this hospital from June 2017 to June 2020,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Magnesium sulfate,while the observation group was treated with Enoxaparin sodium on the basis of that of the control group.The 24 h urine protein and blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure)levels,the neonatal Apgar score,and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of 24 h urine protein,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar scores in the observation group 1 minute and 5 minutes after birth were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Enoxaparin sodium combined with Magnesium sulfate has good curative effects in the treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia,which can reduce the blood pressure and the 24 h urine protein levels,optimize the delivery outcomes,and improve the neonatal Apgar score.
