半夏白术天麻汤联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗痰浊中阻型高血压患者的效果

Effects of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Nifedipine sustained-release tablets in treatment of patients with hypertension of phlegm turbid obstruction type

目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗痰浊中阻型高血压患者的效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年10月该院收治的102例痰浊中阻型高血压患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组口服硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]水平、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.08%,明显高于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组眩晕、头痛、胸闷和呕吐痰涎等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组DBP、SBP和Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:半夏白术天麻汤联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗痰浊中阻型高血压患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分、血压水平和血浆Hcy水平,效果优于单纯硝苯地平缓释片治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Nifedipine sustained-release tablets in treatment of patients with hypertension of phlegm turbid obstruction type.Methods:102 patients with hypertension of phlegm turbid obstruction type who were treated in this hospital from December 2019 to October 2021 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each.The control group was treated with Nifedipine sustained-release tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The curative effects,the TCM syndrome score,the blood pressure levels[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],the plasma Hcy level before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,which was significantly higher than 82.35%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as dizziness,headache,chest tightness,vomiting and salivation in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of DBP,SBP and Hcy in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of the patients with hypertension of phlegm turbid obstruction type can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome scores,the blood pressure levels and the plasma Hcy levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Nifedipine sustained-release tablets treatment.
