中医特色序贯通痹护理联合情志护理在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果

Application effects of TCM characteristic sequential Tongbi nursing combined with emotion nursing in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察中医特色序贯通痹护理联合情志护理在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2020年6月本院收治的150例膝骨关节炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表将其分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。对照组采用常规护理联合情志护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医特色序贯通痹护理,比较两组护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、肢体功能障碍程度[日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)]评分、护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日常活动受限、主观症状、临床体征等JOA评分均高于对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%(72/75),高于对照组的84.00%(63/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色序贯通痹护理联合情志护理可降低膝骨关节炎患者负性情绪评分,提高肢体功能障碍程度评分和护理满意度,其效果优于情志护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of TCM characteristic sequential Tongbi nursing combined with emotion nursing in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:150 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to this hospital from January 2016 to June 2020 were selected for the prospective study,and they were divided into observation group(n=75)and control group(n=75)according to random number table.The control group was given routine nursing combined with emotion nursing,while the observation group was given TCM characteristics sequential Tongbi nursing on the basis of those of the control group.The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],the degree of limb dysfunction[Japanese orthopedic association assessment(JOA)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The JOA scores of daily activities limitation,subjective symptoms and clinical signs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%(72/75),which was higher than the control group of 84.00%(63/75),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:TCM characteristic sequential Tongbi nursing combined with emotion nursing can reduce the negative emotional scores of the patients with knee osteoarthritis and improve the limb dysfunction scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the emotion nursing.
