摘要
对刨花饰面胶合板进行热处理,处理条件为温度45、55、65、75℃,时间30、60、90、120 min,旨在改善其物理力学性能。研究结果表明,温度75℃和时间120 min为最优热处理条件,静曲强度、弹性模量和胶合强度分别增加了13.6%,5.7%和9.4%,表面胶合强度上升了14.6%,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率下降11.7%,甲醛释放量降低了14.28%。
The heat treatment of particle-finished plywood was carried out at 45,55,65 and 75℃for 30,60,90 and 120 min to improve its physical and mechanical properties.The results showed that the temperature of 75℃and time of 120 min were the optimal treatment conditions,and the static flexural strength,modulus of elasticity and glue strength increased by 13.6%,5.7%and 9.4%,respectively,the surface glue strength increased by 14.6%,the 24 h water absorption thickness expansion decreased by 11.7%,and the formaldehyde emission decreased by 14.28%.
