纳米氧化锌抗菌材料在浸渍胶膜纸饰面细木工板中的应用研究

将纳米氧化锌分散液作为抗菌材料,加入至浸渍胶膜纸二次浸胶过程中,生产具有抗菌性能的浸渍胶膜纸。结果表明,加入纳米氧化锌抗菌材料后,浸渍胶膜纸对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、肺炎克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)抗菌率达到99.99%。用此抗菌浸渍胶膜纸饰面压贴的细木工板,抗菌率达到99.99%,同时板材具有优良的抗菌耐久性能。

Nano zinc oxide dispersion was used as an antibacterial material,and this antibacterial material was added to the secondary impregnation process of impregnated paper to produce impregnated adhesive paper with antibacterial properties.The results showed that the antibacterial rate of impregnated paper to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae reached 99.99%with nano-zinc oxide antibacterial materials.The blockboard with antibacterial impregnated paper presented an antibacterial rate of 99.99%,and the board exhibited excellent antibacterial durability.
