一种应用于胶合板自动化生产线的码垛机器人

摘要 胶合板自动化生产中,垫板码垛机器人常采用关节坐标型(RRR)机械手,但此类码垛机器人在胶合板生产运用中有一定缺陷,且造价成本高。本文设计了一种结构简单、安全性高、成本较低的直角坐标型(PPP)码垛机器人,主要由自动运输小车、同步带驱动的行走天车、齿轮齿条提升机构及真空吸盘装置等组成,实现X、Y、Z轴方向的搬运、提取与码垛等动作,且工作效率高、使用成本低。 The automated production of plywood needs the assistance of various kinds of robots.The stacking robot for automatic plywood production line usually uses the joint coordinate manipulator(RRR).But this kind of stacking robot has some defects in the production and application of plywood,and its cost is high.In this paper,a simple,safe and low cost Cartesian coordinate system robot was designed.It was mainly composed of automatic transport trolley,walking crane driven by double synchronous belts,Gear Rack lifting mechanism and vacuum sucker device,which could carry out the movement of X,Y,Z axis,extraction and palletizing.The robot improved the working efficiency of the whole plywood automatic production line.And it reduced the labor cost and the using cost.
