摘要
文章使用pHC-1D型智能化酸度计检定仪检定本部门使用的PHSJ系列实验室酸度计。为更好地开展实验室酸度计的计量工作,依据JJG 119-2018《实验室pH(酸度)计检定规程》的要求,根据实验室酸度计结构和工作原理,文章综述了酸度计pH档和mV档的示值误差、酸度计输入阻抗引起的示值误差、酸度计温度补偿引起的示值误差,以及酸度计的示值重复性和输入电流的检定过程。
This paper uses pHC-1 D intelligent pH meter verification instrument to verify the PHSJ series laboratory pH meter used by our department.In order to better carry out the measurement of laboratory pH meter, according to the requirements of JJG119-2018 Verification Regulation of Laboratory pH Meters,and based on the structure and working principle of laboratory pH meter, this paper summarizes the indicating errors of pH and mV,the indicating errors caused by the input impedance of the pH meter, the indicating errors caused by the temperature compensation of the pH meter, the indicating repeatability of the pH meter and the verification process of the input current.
