摘要
王亚南依据马克思主义认识论与方法论,把教学与管理的实践经验上升到理论高度,归纳总结出许多卓有见解的教学理论、原则和方法,形成了富有自身特色的教学思想。第一,主张融思想政治教育于教学过程,确立知识与德行、为人与为学、教书与育人三结合的人才培养理念;第二,注重学思并重的学法指导,帮助学生在有效学习、积极学习中发展创造思维能力;第三,倡导启发诱导的教学方法,提高学生的知识迁移能力;第四,强调以“研究的态度”对待教学内容,引导学生在质疑问难中解决问题;第五,坚持教学相长的基本准则,使大学成为师生共同进步、共同成长的精神家园;第六,推崇博精结合的认知策略,既培养“通才”又塑造“专才”;第七,遵循理论联系实践的教学方针,把学以致用作为教学的根本目的;第八,推行民主的教学管理,既赋予教师教学民主权,也赋予学生学习民主权。
Based on Marxist dialectics and his ow n w orking experience,Mr. Wang Yalan( 1901-1969),the former president of Xiamen University,developed his ow n pedagogical theory. According to M r. Wang,w e should: 1) integrate moral and intellectual education so as to cultivate talent w ith both integrity and ability;2) introduce critical thinking into the classroom to promote students’ cognitive development;3) adopt heuristic teaching to help students transfer their learning to new contexts;4) adopt inquiry-based learning to help students develop problem-solving skills;5) promote reciprocal learning and mutual grow th for teachers and students;6) combine intensive and extensive training to nurture talent w ith both broad know ledge and specialized expertise;7) integrate theory and practice in teaching so as to enable students to apply w hat they have learned;and 8) build democratic classrooms to develop shared leadership betw een teachers and students.
