基于振动频谱和红外成像的中速磨减速机诊断技术

摘要 通过分析某大型电厂中速磨减速机在运行中发生的故障特征,借助现代化的诊断技术,经精密点检和现场分析,精准定位故障点,提议设备进行检修,最终消除了设备缺陷,保证了制粉系统正常运行。阐述这一事件的发现分析处理以及在此过程中值得分享的一些经验。 By analyzing the fault characteristics of the medium speed mill reducer in large power plant during operation, with the help of modern diagnostic technology, through precise spot inspection and on-site analysis, the fault point was accurately located, and the equipment was proposed for maintenance, which finally eliminated the equipment defect and ensured the normal operation of the pulverizing system. The author describes the discovery, analysis and handling of this event and some experiences worth sharing in this process.
