数字化水平、研发投入对绿色技术创新的影响 被引量:8

The Impact of Digitalization and R&D Investment on Green Technology Innovation

摘要 绿色技术创新是推动我国高质量发展的重要动力和源泉,是实现可持续发展的核心路径。本文运用我国2016—2019年的省级面板数据,研究研发投入对绿色技术创新的影响机制,并引入数字化水平作为一个重要的影响因素,利用面板阈值模型探讨其在研发投入对绿色技术创新影响机制中的作用。研究发现:当地区数字化水平较低时,研发投入由于无法明确创新类型,增加研发投入并不一定会提高绿色技术创新能力;但当地区数字化水平比较高时,研发投入能够有效促进绿色技术创新。因此,要完善政策促进企业加大研发投入,增强创新驱动力;同时还要促进数字基础、数字投入、数字素养、数字经济以及数字应用五方面协同发展,推动数字化与绿色技术创新深度融合。 Green technology innovation is an important driving force and source to promote my country’s high-quality development,and it is the core path to achieve sustainable development.This paper uses my country’s provincial panel data from 2016 to 2020 to study the effect of mechanisms of R&D investment on green technology innovation,and introduces the level of digitization as an important influencing factor.Using the panel threshold model,it discusses the effect of mechanisms of R&D investment on green technology innovation.The study found that when the digitalization level of the region is low,the R&D investment cannot clearly define the type of innovation,and increasing the R&D investment will not necessarily improve the green technology innovation capability;but when the regional digitalization level is relatively high,the R&D investment can effectively promote the green technology innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to improve policies to encourage enterprises to increase R&D investment and enhance the driving force of innovation;and promote the coordinated development of digital foundation,digital investment,digital literacy,digital economy and digital application,and promote the deep integration of digitalization and green technology innovation.
