农产品重金属污染越来越受到人们的重视,对农产品重金属含量进行检测对保障农产品安全具有重要意义。农产品重金属检测前处理技术在重金属检测过程中具有十分重要的意义。对农产品重金属检测前处理技术进行综述,主要包括消解技术(干法灰化技术、湿法消解技术、微波消解技术)和萃取富集技术(浊点萃取技术、液相微萃取技术、固相萃取技术),为建立简单快速的前处理方法提供参考依据。

The heavy metal pollution of agricultural products has attracted more and more attention.It is of great significance to detect the heavy metal content in agricultural products to ensure the safety of agricultural products.The pretreatment technology of sample for heavy metal detection in agricultural products is very important in the detection process of heavy metal.The pretreatment technologies of sample for heavy metal detection were reviewed,including sample digestion technology(dry ashing technology,wet digestion technology and microwave digestion technology)and extraction enrichment technology(cloud point extraction technology,liquid phase microextraction technology and solid phase extraction technology),so as to provide reference basis for establishing simple rapid pretreatment methods.
