基于轨迹交叉致因模型的高校实验室安全管理

摘要 随着高校实验室事故的频发,安全已成为高校实验室管理的重中之重。以轨迹交叉理论模型为基础,在人的不安全行为和物的不安全形态这两个直接因素轨迹交叉的基础上,补充环境的不安全状态这一间接因素,分析三因素的具体状态和影响环节。结合事故致因因素,运用PDCA循环模式分别从环境、人、物三因素出发进行实验室安全管理,通过制定安全管理计划、执行安全管理措施、强化安全管理督查及落实安全问题整改等四个阶段,循环进行实验室的日常管理,可有效提升实验室安全管理水平。 With the frequent accidents in university laboratories,safety has become the top priority of its management.Based on the theoretical model of trajectory intersection and on the basis of the trajectory intersection of the two direct factors of human unsafe behavior and the unsafe form of objects,the indirect factor of the unsafe state of the environment is supplemented to analyze the specific state and influencing links of the three factors.Combining the accident-causing factors,the PDCA cycle model is used to manage laboratory safety from the three factors of environment,human and objects respectively.Through the four stages of formulating safety management plan,implementing safety management measures,strengthening safety management supervision and implementing safety problem rectification,the daily laboratory management can be conducted circularly,which is beneficial to effectively improve the level of laboratory safety management.
