成形制造实践教学平台规划与建设研究

摘要 机械制造实习作为高等院校实践教学的重要组成部分,对培养学生的工程实践能力,提高学生的工程素质有着突出意义,实践教学平台是支撑教学开展的重要保障。近年来,清华大学基础工业训练中心(以下简称“中心”)在实践教学理念及教学条件改善方面做出了重大调整,依托各类资金及能力的发挥,中心的实验室建设有了长足的发展。为提高人才培养质量,全面研究了成形制造实践教学平台的规划与建设,从成形制造实践教学平台功能定位和建设原则、平台资源建设、平台教学建设三个主要层面,通过平台软硬件搭建、教学队伍构成、平台管理及实践教学课程开发几个方面,较为系统地阐述了近几年实验室在平台建设中的具体措施。研究发现实践教学平台建设必须与高校的人才培养目标、学科发展战略以及当前社会发展形势相适应,同时,通过探索研究挖掘教学项目内涵,梳理基于成形制造的工程训练教学新模式,方能更好地开展实践类课程的人才培养工作,进一步提高人才培养质量。 As an important part of practical teaching in colleges and universities,mechanical manufacturing practice is of great significance to cultivate students'engineering practice ability and improve their engineering quality.In recent years,Tsinghua university basic industry training center(hereinafter referred to as"the Center")has made great adjustments in the improvement of practical teaching concepts and teaching conditions,and relying on various kinds of funds and abilities,the laboratory construction of the center has made great progress.In order to improve the quality of personnel training,the planning and construction of the practical teaching platform for forming manufacturing are comprehensively studied.From the major aspects of the function orientation and construction principle,resource construction and teaching construction of the practice teaching platform for forming manufacturing,through the platform hardware and software construction,teaching team composition,platform management and practical teaching course development,the concrete measures of laboratory in platform construction in recent years are systematically expound.It is found that the construction of practical teaching platform must be in line with the objectives of talent training and subject development strategy of colleges and universities and current social development situation.Meanwhile,by exploring the connotation of teaching projects and sorting out the new teaching mode of engineering training based on forming manufacturing,the talent training of practical courses is carried out better and the quality of talent training is further improved.
