医用生物敷料栓Ⅰ型治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of medical biological dressing suppository type Ⅰ in the treatment of cervical erosion

目的分析医用生物敷料栓Ⅰ型治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法选取78例宫颈糜烂患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组39例。对照组患者采用宫炎平片治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用医用生物敷料栓Ⅰ型治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子水平及治疗期间阴道不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%,明显高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6).白细胞介素(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子虫(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组-IL6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.56%,明显低于对照组的15.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用生物敷料栓Ⅰ型治疗宫颈糜烂患者应用效果理想,可降低炎性反应,且安全性强,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of medical biological dressing suppository type Ⅰ in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods Seventy-eight patients with cervical erosion were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Gongyanping tablets,and the patients in the study group were treated with medical biological dressing plugs type Ⅰ on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment and vaginal adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.56%,which was significantly lower than 15.38%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of medical biological dressing supposit type Ⅰ in the treatment of patients with cervical erosion is ideal,which can reduce inflammatory reaction,and has strong safety,and has clinical application value.
