克罗米芬联合尿促性素对多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵的临床效果

Clinical effect of clomiphene combined with gonadotropin on ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者采取克罗米芬联合尿促性素治疗对其促排卵的临床效果。方法选取80例PCOS患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。对照组采用克罗米芬治疗,试验组采用克罗米芬联合尿促性素治疗。比较两组促排卵效果、排卵率及妊娠率。结果治疗前,两组患者排卵数、优势卵泡数、优势卵泡平均直径及卵泡成熟日比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者排卵数、优势卵泡数均多于治疗前,卵泡成熟日短于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),优势卵泡平均直径治疗前、治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组排卵数、优势卵泡数均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优势卵泡平均宜径、卵泡成熟日与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者排卵率82.50%、妊娠率55.00%均高于对照组的60.00%、32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克罗米芬联合尿促性素治疗PCOS患者可提高患者促排卵效果,提升排卵率及妊娠率,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of clomiphene combined with gonadotropin on ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 80 patients with PCOS were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the experimental group was treated with clomiphene combined with gonadotropin.The effect of ovulation induction,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of ovulation,number of dominant follicles,average diameter of dominant follicles and follicle maturation day between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of ovulation and the number of dominant follicles in the two groups were more than those before treatment,and the follicle maturation day was shorter than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the average diameter of dominant follicle between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of ovulation and the number of dominant follicles in the experimental group were more than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the average diameter of dominant follicle and follicle maturation day between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The ovulation rate(82.50%)and pregnancy rate(55.00%)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(60.00%and 32.50%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene combined with gonadotropin in the treatment of PCOS patients can improve the effect of ovulation induction,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and has high clinical application value.
