盆腔炎汤加减治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of modified Penqiangyan Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的分析盆腔炎汤加减治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法选取68例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组34例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,研究组实施盆腔炎汤加减治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医证候评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组中医证候评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候评分明显低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为91.18%,明显高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.88%,显著低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎汤加减治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者效果确切,能够显著改善临床症状,且治疗安全性高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pelvic inflammatory decoction on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 68 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae were randomly divided into control group and study group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with pelvic inflammatory decoction.The TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 91.18%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.59%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than 23.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic inflammatory decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,and has high treatment safety,and has clinical promotion value.
