基于护理程序导向的系统护理在子宫肌瘤围手术期中的应用效果

Application effect of systematic nursing based on nursing program guidance in perioperative period of uterine myoma

目的探讨基于护理程序导向的系统护理在子宫肌瘤围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取91例行手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,依照干预方法不同分为对照组(45例)与观察组(46例)。对照组予以围术期常规护理,观察组予以基于护理程序导向的系统护理。对比两组围手术期指标、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,下床活动时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.35%,明显低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.65%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者围手术期应用基于护理程序导向的系统护理具有良好的效果,可有效促进患者康复,降低并发症发生,提高患者护理满意度,具有应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing based on nursing program guidance in the perioperative period of uterine myoma.Methods 91 patients with uterine myoma who underwent surgical treatment were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(46 cases)according to different intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,while the observation group received systematic nursing based on nursing procedure guidance.The perioperative indicators,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the ambulation time,first defecation time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 17.78% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 82.22%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of system nursing based on nursing procedure guidance in the perioperative period of patients with uterine myoma has a good effect,which can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,and has application value.
