技术技能创新服务平台作为高职院校深化产教融合的一种创新模式,聚焦于中小企业技术集成与工艺改造,目的在于解决高职院校自身创新能力不足的问题。它通过对高职教育场域在组织结构与功能上的重塑,转变人才培养与产业创新的线性关系秩序,实现人才培养价值链与其他相关主体价值链的融合。有效整合并高效利用资源是平台建设的逻辑起点,其建设的内在逻辑应遵循以特色战略定位为引领、以产教要素融合为关键、以供需双向驱动为核心、以协同演进能力为支撑,并可从立足区域创新统筹建设、建立实体化运行机制、转换形式治理范式、构建服务供给与转化模式、搭建集体共享与学习网络等制度举措系统推进技术技能创新服务平台持续发展。

As an innovative model for higher vocational colleges to deepen the integration of industry and education,the technical skills innovation service platform focuses on the value creation of various elements and reconstructs the interaction mode between various stakeholders through the reconstruction of the organizational structure and function of the higher vocational education field and the re-localization of higher vocational education activities,to changes the linear relationship order of talent training,industrial demand and innovation,for realizing the effective integration between the value chain of talent training in higher vocational colleges and the value chain of other relevant subjects.Perfect operation is the source of power for the deep integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of core competitiveness,the internal logic of its construction should take the strategy of differentiation and characteristics as the guide,the integration of production and education elements as the key,the two-way drive of supply and demand as the core,and the ability of collaborative evolution as the support.Then systematically promote the sustainable development of technical skills innovation service platforms from institutional measures based on regional innovation and overall planning,establishing a substantive operating mechanism,transforming the form of governance paradigm,building a service supply and transformation model,and constructing a collective sharing and learning network.
