高校干部培训满意度现状与影响因素分析--基于上海高校900名干部的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 依据潜变量关系模型构建高校干部培训满意度测评模型,并设计高校干部培训满意度测量指标体系,使用问卷调查法和访谈法考察了高校干部培训满意度现状和影响因素。研究结论为:高校干部培训满意度总体良好,但有不少提升空间,呈现出培训准备和实施阶段满意度最高和培训后维持迁移阶段满意度最低的差异现状;高校干部培训满意度在不同的岗位类型间呈现显著差异,依据岗位类型分类开展培训是提升高校干部培训满意度的有效途径;培训师资、培训课程和培训管理保障是影响培训满意度的最重要指标;要以提高培训实效为抓手,从紧贴培训需求、聚焦群体差异、贯通培训全过程入手,提高高校干部培训满意度。 Based on the latent variable relationship model,this paper builds an assessment model of college cadre training satisfaction degrees,designs an index system to measure each structural variable,and investigates the status quo of college cadre-training satisfaction degrees by using a questionnaire survey and interview.The research conclusions are as follows:first,the overall satisfaction degree of cadre-training in colleges and universities is good,but there is a large room for improvement,showing the difference between the highest satisfaction in the training preparation and implementation stages and the lowest in the post-training migration stage.Second,the satisfaction of college cadre training shows significant differences among different post types.Classified training according to the types of positions is an effective way to improve the satisfaction of college cadre training.Third,teachers,courses,and management guarantee of training are the most important indexes that affect training satisfaction.Forth,It is necessary to improve the satisfaction degree of college cadre training by focusing on the effectiveness of training,and closely following the training needs and expectations of college cadres.
