摘要
茶文化是在茶科学的基础上,基于各民族地区文化和茶艺结合所碰撞出的各种文化和社会现象。该文在黔南布依族文化视角下,分析布依族茶艺发展现状,思考民族茶艺在新时代背景下,如何“快”反应,积极发展;同时面对劣势,如何结合黔南的实际,逐步攻坚克难,“慢”节奏,不断成长;走出“快”与“慢”相结合的茶艺发展道路。以期为丰富中国茶文化,促进民族地区茶产业发展,推动中国茶产业的发展发挥一定的作用。
Tea culture is a variety of cultural and social phenomena arising from the combination of the culture of various ethnic regions and tea art on the basis of tea science.From the perspective of Buyi culture in southern Guizhou,this paper analyzes the current situation of Buyi tea art development,and considers how to react fast and actively develop the national tea art in the new era,and at the same time,in the face of disadvantages,how to combine the reality of southern Guizhou,to gradually overcome difficulties,and achieve continuous growth with slow pace,walking out the "fast" and "slow" combination of tea art development road.It is expected to play a certain role in enriching Chinese tea culture,promoting the development of tea industry in ethnic areas and promoting the development of Chinese tea industry.
